Knowing What’s at Stake:

Project Management on Large, Dynamic, and Costly Projects.

Our team’s projects are large, dynamic, costly, and often take years of design, planning, coordination, and construction to bring to life. Project management for these kinds of projects is not just about contracts and calendars. Acting as our clients’ representative we do all of that, but we understand what’s at stake.

On a recent exterior installation, we were onsite overseeing the night construction in the middle of Las Vegas Blvd. The install team was using a crane to lift and place 14 x 8 ft. digital display cabinets each weighing more than 12,000 lbs. 231 of these digital cabinets, each costing $150,000, make up two 8500 Sq Ft displays flanking Miracle Mile Shops’ entrances. These displays feature a blend of sold media and on-premises content. If any of the cabinets were damaged during the installation, there would be a three-month lag time to get a replacement. This would affect not only the installation, but our client’s revenue from these displays.

Our job as project managers on large projects goes beyond managing the contracts and the calendars. We understand the potential ripple effect of every input and output during the lifecycle of a project. And we make sure that each part is queued up when it needs to be to hit marks on time, in a quality manner, and help our client maximize their value.
