Our team serves as the single point of contact 24/7/365 to monitor, maintain, program, and report on our clients’ Dynamic Real Estate® and digital displays. This kind of display system maintenance, content management, programming, and IT support falls outside of the display vendors’ responsibilities and our clients’ in-house IT teams. Our team serves as a trusted partner to ensure the long-term value and functionality of our clients’ investments is maintained.

For over 15 years, our Dallas-based Network Operations Center has provided management and technical support to effectively eliminate clients’ stress about their public-facing displays while protecting their investment.

Unlike other companies, our team is well versed in the variety of Content Management Systems (CMS) on the market. Our team is proficient in nearly 75 CMSs. We work with our Design and Project Management teams to select and implement the best CMS for each clients’ environment and content type.

The team can see trends, histories, and anomalies through our analytics dashboard facilitating a proactive approach to managing infrastructure. This differs from the traditional reactive approach of waiting until the display has an outage. Sensory Interactive has developed this proprietary vendor-impartial system to maximize the lifespan of our client’s investment and minimize downtime associated with component failures. We use these insights to design, integrate and deploy future projects to procure more effective and reliable Dynamic Real Estate® platforms for our clients.
